It was a bit hard to imagine sending in my iPad and actually getting the quoted price. On top of it, there was a coupon adding on extra money! C'mon now! Hello. I've got no idea how this works and I'm new to reviews. Anyways, I came across a local company here in St. Louis, Buy Back Pros. Due to my situation it's tough for me to get around and be mobile. A friend told me they had sold their old shoebox of gadgets and smartphones to Buy Back Pros and got paid the same day. I thought how in the world can this be. Anyways, after some research I found that the company is based locally in St. Louis, MO. I made an order on their website and printed my shipping kit. It printed out with a prepaid USPS shipping label from the post office. I put a couple old iPods and an iPhone in a small box for my mailman to pickup. The next day I received an email to tell me that they had received my order. By 4PM I received an additional email to notify me that they had sent my PayPal payment. They got a fan in me. They're customer service was great when I called with a couple questions before I sent my order. Thank you again. I will be back!
