Their self-imposed shipping restrictions prevent potential customers from purchasing items legal in their jurisdiction. They are effectively anti-Second Amendment and play right into the hands of the gun control lobby which operates under fear, uncertainty, and doubt.

Placed an order, received a confirmation email, and then... nothing. No communication, no bullets. Just called (it's now been almost a month), and was told that they don't have an online inventory system that tracks orders against supply. As a result, they have no idea what they have to sell. Was further told that they SHOULD have sent me an email stating that the order was cancelled. They did not. They fell down on order fulfillment and customer communication. They will never get my business again. No business integrity. No business acumen. I suspect that they don't have much inventory, and that it's just a pipe dream and wishful thinking on their part that they can successfully run a real world business.
Bottom line: STAY AWAY!

DAMN!

DAMN! The same thing just happened to me... Site said they had item in stock, the shipping and prices were cheap so I added a few other items I really didn't need.

I hit place order... Then it tells me my main purchase was not in stock and charges me a hazmat fee anyway! Suddenly the "Cheap" items are all I am getting and they are not cheap at all! What a damn rip off!

Too many other good business to waste time with these people. So frustrated and they are closed!

Not once, but TWICE I ordered ammo from these guys. I had a receipt and an order confirmation email IN MY HANDS, only to receive (a couple of hours later) an email from them stating that "due to high demand" my order had been CANCELLED. They did this to me two times... in two weeks. The first time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But to screw me TWICE and then have the nerve to tell me how I'm a "valued customer" and ask me to "please check back soon as inventory is updated frequently", now THAT is some real cojones. As far as I'm concerned, I wouldn't give these guys a nickel, if they were trying to sell the last friggin' bullet left in the world during a zombie apocolypse. Do yourself a favor if you shop for ammo online. Avoid bullets.com because you won't get anything but higher blood pressure

Cancelled order
January 14, 2016

Just like the others, I placed an order that was cancelled a few days later by bullets.com. I hope they aren't selling everyone's credit card information that they collect.
