In Stock Ammo Purchase

Ordered ammunition that was in stock and should have been filled and shipped as quickly as possible. Was told it takes longer to process because of staffing. In my view staffing issues are a business problem that should not affect customer orders and needs to be addressed by the company without impacting the customer. Also, expect all orders after 1:00 PM CST, to be processed the next day. Really! Who only works until 1:00 p.m. CST? The last time I am buying from Brownell for anything, as Customer Service Chat has a 2+ hour waiting and response is really horrible as well.

I have used brownells since 2005. Their selection is vast, product discription accurate and useful, prices are industry average, shipping time is short, products arrive in good packing material, and their customer service is available via phone or email and they will give you the benefit of the doubt and more than overly satisfy your needs even at a loss to themselves. This company is only one of two companies that I can say is THE source for their venue of supply.

Don't order anything from here save your money. I bought $100 dollars worth of stuff and only got half of it i called them and they said they will send me an E-mail when they find it, it has been four day and no reply.

I ordered a rifle barrel online from them... their website indicated it was "in stock". I received a email confirming my order but a week later no email from them with the tracking information ndicating the item had been shipped... I contacted them via online chat and was told by Kim that my item was to be shipped out the next day... 2 days later i still had not received a email with the tracking number so i contacted them again via online chat and was again told by Kim that my order was "still processing"... (they lie) so i asked to cancel the order and was told it was "too late to cancel now"... The barrel i ordered was probably never in stock, they lie to you and their customer service is HORRIBLE... I will never order anything from these A-holes again... it was the most unpleasant online ordering experience i ever had.

I called Brownells about 8 weeks ago. The guy I spoke to had no idea that I should go online and look for the particular barrel that I needed and that it was out of stock and that I needed to click on the barrel for them to contact me when back in stock. So I did and then after a couple of weeks the email was gone and so was the pic of the barrel. I re emailed them and they never responded. So I contacted Shilen directly and they had the barrel to me in 10 days and that was the same place Brownells was getting the barrel from. Very piss poor Communication. I will NEVER try to buy anything from these clowns again!

The Three companies Police Store, Brownells, and Sinclair are a BIG JOKE!
Your online store is a waste of mine and probably thousand of other customers.
I have ordered twice from your stores, and both times its been cancelled, because you have lied to the customer online saying "in stock" BULL$#*!!
And then if there is a partial number of boxes you will ship them and charge the same amount you would have for the full order BULL$#*!. Flat rate or not you are not taking care of the people that keep you in business. I will make sure to tell all of my friends and family not to waste thier time with a JOKE of a company!

They remove Reviews without notice and if they get asked, they telling Fairytales about it.

Did not face the Truth and telling you, that you use it it uncorrct..
