Advertised was a package of the same gaskets for a GOOD price. Web site showed a picture of the package of gaskets. When I received my order I only got 1 gasket instead of the package as advertised. If I elect to use Boats.net again I will be calling them in advance of placing an order to confirm that what is advertised is truthful and not a mistake!
I ordered an electrical part for a friend. When it arrived, I thought it was not right. I easily found a contact us icon. I called the # and to my surprise I actually got a real person to talk to and understand! This person was very helpful and knowledgeable.
I have an older motor,2001 Johnson 50 hp outboard and have had some lower unit issues.Another vendor had a backorder issue on reverse gear and this vendor eventually shipped entire gear set to my mechanic but he NEVER received gear set and I have had issues resolving the missing gear set.My wife suggested another vendor and Boats.net sent entire gear set to me and I will personally hand-deliver parts this Friday. We ordered them last Friday received them just yesterday!Awesome service
Appreciate your prompt parts delivery. I would have expected the repair kit to include the lower water pump housing gasket. No real issue as I can reuse the old one. What is the recommended gear oil for my '89 4hp 6EO Yamaha? Thank you, Doug Forti
The throttle position sensor for my older Mercury outboard was "back order" locally. Boats.net had it in stock and shipped it out promptly. Very pleased.
I forgot to add a gasket on an order. I called and the CS rep handled it with no issues at all it arrived on time and the repairs were not delayed at all. Thank you boats.net
Bryan worked with me to find the part I needed. It was out of stock. It was out of stock everywhere. He researched and found one that could work. He put in the effort.
Left items in cart and saved list. They remained. This did not happen with partsvu. Products were in stock and delivered within days. Very easy and simple
I paid extra for 3 day shipping it took over a week to get my item. Then when I called they said i did not pay for 3 day shipping. I paid $11.47 for the 3 day shipping, it took a week.
Went to a large local Honda dealer for snowblower shear pins. They hand made a package of assorted nuts and bolt including the shear pin I wanted and tried to over charge me by 8 times more. I left and bought them on line and what I needed for a lot less.
