I ordered over $100 of yarn on 1/22/21 and still have not received a tracking number or shipping info after almost two months. I have emailed them numerous times and just get the same canned response each time. Do not order from this website!
I have also spent hard earned money back in February trying to purchase yarn to make a blanket for my son! It is now June 30th and... No Yarn! No Answers! Store Site Has Been Taken Down! Many Emails Ignored! Requests For Refund Ignored! Just want my money back...
I've had all of the same experiences listed in these reviews. I am out the money I have spent with no yarn and no information after several months. I have requested a full refund and got no reply. This is an out and out scam.
Horrible customer service. Failed to reply, follow-up on multiple promised messages. Shipping information on website is falsely advertised. Still have not received any information from company regarding shipping and it has almost been a month. Sent me in circles when I asked for follow-up on my order. IT IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE.
I ordered from them two months ago, the took the monry from my account same day I placed order. Two months and no yarn from them. Can't talk to anyone cause there is no number to call for customer service. You email them and a bot responses to you but does not give you any answers. This place SUCKS
Ordered a lot of yarn in early March, never saw it and did not receive tracking after I requested it.
Requested a refund, which they emailed confirmation that they would provide. It is 5/1/21 and still no refund. I feel totally scammed.
I order 48 skeins of yarn and I haven't receive my yarn yet, when will I get my yarn, it's been since April 2,2021, I have already paid for them $118.00, please let me know when can I get my yarn or I will want refund back
I ordered a decent amount of the yarn advertised and waited one week, thinking maybe because of Covid they were a bit delayed, so I send an email asking for a status update on my order. I got a response back that says I would receive my order within the next 14 business days, and was told that there WERE delays due to Covid. After 2 MORE WEEKS of waiting I asked for another update trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, and was asked what my order number was. The next email I received was complete bs, no explanation what so ever as to why I am not getting my order, no explanation as to what happened only that I'm getting a refund and I'll get my money back within the next 48 hours. I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed. Don't order from this company.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. So much for a bargain. I bought 225.00 worth of yarn, paid it in full with Sezzle, paid it in full March 5th, still no yarn. I have emailed 18 times to give them every opportunity to come good on my paid order. Still no product. I finally got them to cancel my order April 9th but still no refund. I have asked 5 times for there address and phone number to report them to the BBB, no response. During covid and trying to make a living and we have companies like this, VERY, VERY SAD!
I ordered from them around February 16th this year, still nothing. I emailed several times and only received form replies from a "Joseph Michaels". In this world, really a flipping yarn scam?!?!?!?!
