I ordered the 16' bunks, which require special handling, and the local trucking company took a while to get them to me. They also refused to deliver them down my driveway, so dropped them at the street. But my wife and I loaded them on our small trailer and drove them to the house. Am in the process of installing now. It is going well.
I know you are trying to prevent theft by requiring a signature. I had to spend all day at home because ups kept changing what time packages were to be delivered. Please on orders let customers check if that won't to have to sign for packages. Thanks
Went on-line to troubleshoot the motor problem. SKU *****. Everyone said that the start capacitor was bad so I ordered a new one from BH-USA, installed it and still had the same problem. Contacted BH-USA chat and they helped me with some troubleshooting and come to find out that the motor itself must be bad although it is not very old. I have just ordered a new SKU ***** motor but now have a new start capacitor that I will not be using.
All parts were in stock and delivery was timely. Had to call customer support and was happy with the response.
It would be helpful to be notified that there will be import charges at time of purchase. Overall shipping was quick and product arrived as described.
