A bed was ordered.
I then get an email asking if I want to upgrade my free delivery - for an extra charge - which I decline.
2 days later I get a garbled telephone call with them trying to get me to upgrade my free delivery - which I again decline.
I then get an email saying there was a supplier issue and it was delayed indefinitely.
I then requested a refund and am now having to chase it.
'Apparently', the 'escalations' department are supposedly going to contact me for the refund.
Several emails later... still waiting
Edit: TWO WEEKS LATER and I am STILL waiting for a refund.
They have LIED to me, saying the refund was authorised - time and time again.
I have now reported them to the Police and Trading Standards for fraud.
Disgusting company! I paid for a mattress and received one that was completely different. The mattress was supposed to be 10" depth, but was 8", the mattress I received had vastly less padding, extremely different (very cheap) material on the top and different stitching and material on the sides. I tried to refuse the delivery of it, but the driver wouldn't take it back, so I called them, but they kept saying it was the one I ordered, though anyone with eyes could see it wasn't (I mean it's completely different! And thinner so how is that the same?). I supplied them with all the photos of these issues, but they still said it was the same lol. They refused to collect the mattress unless I paid £49.99 for collection. These people are crooks and you should definitely not trust them with your money, you'll end up with some cheap rubbish for instead. I have opened a credit card chargeback to get a refund.They are now ignoring me.

I was moving to a new flat from Norwich to Kingslynn.I had a delivery slot starting at 06:39 which made me stay overnight at a friends house so I can collect the delivery. I double checked with the delivery services over the phone the day before who mentioned that I should be expecting the delivery at 07:20. The driver arrived at 06:16 while I was still at my friend's which is 5 mins away by car. The driver called me. Refused to wait for 5 mins. He threw my things infront of the block of flats on the main street in the town cebtre despite asking him not to do so. Very poor weather. I arrived to find the mattress cover and the bed boxes dirty and soaked with the rain. I tried calling the driver, he didn't reply. I received a very annoying text message from the driver stating that I had asked him to drop the things on the road and I will come in half an hour. That was complete bull$#*!. But thankfully this liar didn't get into my house as I felt he is a very unsafe person. I contacted the company and they couldn't rectify the situation and they said that the only thing they can offer is refund me a tiny portion of the delivery cost as I paid for the delivery of the bed to my room. I had to get friends to help me with the very diffucult situation to transfer things to my room in order not to have problems with the council leaving the things in front of the block in the middle of the town centre. I will pursue the matter with every possible legal way as I find what happened us very unprofessional and very offending.
I purchased a 3000 pocket sprung mattresses with an organic pillow top as described in the pictures and description on their website. What arrived was a completely different mattresses with no pillow top. I emailed and asked for a refund or an exchange and was told this was the right matress I had ordered and there was no error. I said how can it be when it has no pillow top. I have had no reply now im within my 14 days days and they are refusing to return the mattress exchange. I will attach picture of the pillow top mattress we were supposed to receive and what we received. I said to to the delivery driver im not accepting that it is a complete different mattress he said we can't take it back you have to take it up with the company. Terrible customer service and scam artists misrepresentation of their items on their website it illegal. They say the stitching and colours may vary ok... but to advertise a pillow top matress then send a plain mattress with no pillow top on completely different specification. It feels flimsy and I doubt it will last the test of time. I wish I had order from wayfair or a reputable company kicking myself so bad thinking of calling the bank don't make the same mistake! Im being told these are the same mattress? Pls someone tell me im not going insane!
They turned up without a screwdriver and tried to install the bed with a spoon! What a clown of a buinsess The bed is completely damaged and Beds.co.uk have refused any compensation for this.
Secondly, the installer used our toilets and left it in a complete foul state. Is this how this company treats their customers? By damaging not only the items we have ordered but also our own toilets? Who is going to clean this mess they left?
The first night I slept and started to make a hole from my body into the mattress. This fill like there's nothing under layers. Before I bought the mattress confirmed 3000 spring pocket and seeing this whole there's non.
I bought a mattress off this site for it to be cheap crap and sleeping on springs kicking into my back. On top of that the charged me £70 at the door for delivery charge because I'm not in free postage area 😡 wouldn't even let my animal sleep on it
Bought a Mattress from them and after returning it 3 times and tell them what I want, they still sent me a very poor quality Mattress. On the website it is mentioned that the mattress is 2000/3000 pockets but I doubt it. Although the outer material is good but inside just a normal spring mattress selling in the name of pocket spring. Although they have refunded me half the price I paid for but I still regret every time I sleep on the mattress!

I ordered a anti bedbug memory foam double mattress and they delivered a stained mattress on 24th October that never expanded to full size so I had it sent back.
Today they collected it and delivered another mattress which was completely wrong. It was a cheap foam mattress king-size. I can't use it and it's taking up too much space.
I am so unhappy with two wrong items I want a refund and the company won't respond to me.
They ask you to write a good review before you have received the item and then they will waver the delivery fee. I asked for a refund and they refused to send me any confirmation of booking, give any of their names and they stole my money
