Bealls Outlet

This outlet looks like it comes from Florida it is out of China. Insisted they sent order provided fictitious tracking number offered 10/20/30/40 % offer. Said they had nothing left in stocks. Then saw them advertising sane stock on instagram. Buyers beware. They also use the Samupson site

I started shopping in the sun city Florida store last year. I have found most items to be okay but have also bought 2 tops that were bad irregulars that I didn't see until I got them home. One fleece top had a mark that looked like a scissor trimmed off some of he fleec and the other had a stamped pattern that was over stamped on the sleeve.

I think they should mark the tags when items are not first quality so a customer can decide right off the bat of they want the item. Otherwise it's deceitful in my opinion. (And if you are buying online you can't even look at the item.)

Ever since Oct of 2023 you guys have stopped carrying angels forever young women plus jeans in 18. Finally found jeans I like and you stop. Plz start carrying some more. I been to Walmart and had to take them all back bc they didn't fit like yours. I would buy online but I don't trust buying clothes online.

Tried to checkout and was 5th in line. Only one register open and everyone in front of me had a full basket. Lady at end of checkout counter was opening boxes of purses and another lady was hanging them up. I waited 25 minutes in line and the lady at the end of the counter finally opened a second register. I can't believe she ignored the line for 25 minutes before opening the second register.

I love this store! The clothes are beautiful, fashionable, well made and incredibly cheap! They have awesome home & yard decorations at great prices too! The web address isnt set up to purchase items online but you can grab discounts, sign up for email alerts and so much. If you have never been to a Bealls Outlet store, you must stop at at least one. Check out their website and get ready to shop! You'll be hooked! Bealls Outlet has additional savings of 15% for 50 and over on Monday and 49 and under on Fridays. Every week! I walked out with a full weeks worth of outfits for less than 100.00 and I receive compliments on my outfits regularly! I hadn't received any for a long time before finding Bealls Outlet

I will never go back to this store again! On the return receipt charge account will be credited to your charge account with receipt. They refused to credit my account stating that there is a 30- day return policy that the store failed to print on the receipt. In order to find out that information you have to go on-line. I find that absolutely unacceptable. Very poor store policy, what if the individual doesn't have a computer? If they could print that return exchange for return policy go to their website instead the 30-day return policy should be printed and not force people to go to more work!
I am unable to give further proof because unfortunately I don't have the knowledge to navigate that information. I did have my receipt.

First off the only criticism I have is being asked over & over to open up credit card by - seems be new cashiers - hence I am already bealls credit card holder - and I just don't expect to be badgered at one of the outlet stores for this type of card and... also being asked for my email over and over again is getting repetitive...

Other than that I was greeted very nicely by a supervisor named Lisa Stevenson... she asked me if I needed any help and if I had any particular items that I was looking for and made me feel very welcome at the store location - I will definitely be a returning customer because of the great quality of customer service that I received from Lisa!

I am writing this because i brought what i thought was a Nike sweat suit and it was nothing like i ordered the material was wrong and the emblem. My bank has been trying to get my money back. I spoke to a person named Mike who was nasty when I told him how bad the suits were. He finally sent me a return slip in May but i realized after checking with US postal service that the address that was on the bag was not legit. Now after all these months i get a call saying he never receive the items back. USPS confirmed it was returned on May 5th.to the tracking address on label he finally sent. Package had one women's name on it and the usps tracking he sent me had a person named Lawanna Chester of Austin TX on it. But label he sent me was shipped to Brooklyn, NY Bills/Alco Fashion. BBB needs to shut down all these crooks. I did not want to rate them. But i wish he would stop playing games and return my money.

The tried to charge $2 on a bill the balance had been paid. They wouldn't accept it in the store because I didn't have the credit card! They never sent one! This was the Powdersville,SC store! I will never shop there again!
