When I contacted them about my aircon unit breaking down they told me to fix it myself and sent me two video links with instructions how to do it. Then they offered $150 refund and asked me to get a technician to look at it. (Techs cost $165 just to come).
Be very careful. I will not buy from them again.

My experience was a good one. There were no issues at all in any part of the searching/purchasing process.

Got this portable air conditioner quite some time ago. Just took it out of the box and used it 4 or 5 times. First the remote stopped. No problem. Now power button won't work. Remote won't work. Cannot turn machine on at all even though it has power. Found out company will not help without several email's continuing to ask for purchase details even though I said I cannot find them and simply want to buy a new remote. In the end I got a 'we do not sell replacement parts' no sorry, no kiss my $#*!, no offer to help.
DONT SPEND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. READ REVIEWS. I WISH I HAD OF 10 months ago.

I bought the treadmill in August 22, one month later it broke. After emailing back and forth for SIX months they sent me a new motor to replace on my own and an dodgy video with no sound to teach me how to replace the motor. I have asked repeatedly for a replacement but get ignored.
