This is the same company as "trademark pioneer." They claim to be real trademark attorneys, but they will file your trademark applications, then they will file opposition to your trademark application (as a different company), then try to extort you for more money to "fight the opposition." They also filed them under the wrong status, to make it easier for them to scam me. I called trademark office after my trademark was still pending for almost a year. Trademark office told me the trademarks were under administrative review because the company who filed them was under investigation for fraudulent activity. So much money down the drain. Now trademark office telling me my best bet is to cancel my applications and re-file, which will cost more money and time.

This company is a SCAM...Do not give them any of your information or money! They are affiliated with Brand mark protect who is also a SCAM! They took over $3300 from me after I filed for a trademark logo. They stated that it had to go through attestation in 50 states or my logo would be cancelled. Because it's for my deceased son, I proceeded, only to find our it was a SCAM! The filing attorney contacted me after finding out this was being done to the clients who filed for trademarks.

Do not use resumeprofs.com, they are a scam. Luckily my credit card bank is giving me my money back. This is the number he may contact you at as well. *******221.

This company is a scam, they are fake and work with other ring scammers like TrademarkPioneer.com and steal your money. Art n Art studio.com and Trademarkpioneers.com are fake company's and are under federal investigation, see following link (https://www.itscamresearch.com/). They are both fake websites with no physical offices. They ask for all your information upfront and make you fill out online forms and credit card information for there services. They offer no services, once they get your CC they bill you and then they use the information you filled out upfront to take your money and never give you a refund, they also use this information to dispute any CC claims for refunds. In addition, they bill the charges under another company's name that are part of there scam ring, The company's are listed under investigation and part of a ring of scammers with many other internet website scammers. Stay away and report them to the officials.
