My book was perfect, good quality, no mistakes on any page and in a beautiful gift keepsake box.
I recommend reviewing book twice before placing order. Only one photo is allowed & I prefer to use more pictures in the story. Their website could be better. Best of all, they do answer calls if you have questions. Better than most customer service.

I spent 100's of dollars this Christmas season and was not happy, I had to reorder two books due to an era which they claim was my fault……but there web site has internal pop up ads and it keeps messing with your order, this last issue was after they sent the wrong puzzle with Bryan's name on it and my grandson is Jack? They made Jack 3 books? But somehow Jacks puzzle came with Ryans name on it. I could not find the order so I just reordered and paid. I added in a book to avoid the overcharge of shipping. The book came wrong…. The name was right, the date of birthday was right but the date of gift book was wrong and the book was for a Girl? Customer service refused to replace it…they could give 50% well you can get 30% off by just ordering…50% off a $26 book with $25 shipping? Don't was your time here try wonderbly…
