Rip off company. Flower is very mediocre and overpriced. Also, they will service you good on the first order and after that treat you like something to only be thrown in tne trash. Recently they cancelled my order without consent and then charged me a cancellation fee. I have read on other review sites that plenty of others have experienced the same thing. It is basically like business is done in China ( I lived there 8 years). They do not care about keeping so many loyal customers. Only enough that will give a good review. The rest are ripped off. Imagine if they cancel and get fees from just a few thousand people. That is like free money! No product received by the customer yet the customer must pay a percentage of their money paid for Arete to cancel your order without your permission. It is such a sleezy and clever way to get free money. You can see the cancellation in the pics. I did not request this cancellation which is why I went off on them in the attached email. I am a person who really use this plant as medication for anxiety, insomnia, and severe pain. Them doing this makes me have to suffer and now figure out a way to get to a local clinic (which in my area none deliver as of yet).

Do not support this scam of a company. Stay away at all cost!
