Amazing.

I ordered for the first time some products off of aqua caves website. It came very quick and I was impressed with the price and product selection. I normally use another competitor but now I'm going to switch. Also to the packaging was impressive how they took time to make sure the product didn't get damaged

Fast safe shipping

I ordered a fluval mega flex 32.5 gallon aquarium and stand with all the fixings to get set up. Everything was shipped in tact and in a timely manner. I will definitely be ordering from aquacave again.

Bought 2 carbon filters and 3 sediment filters for the reverse osmosis water filtration system in my home. Prices at Aquacave were significantly lower (30-40%) than the price charged by the local company who installed my system.

Ordering online was easy and the filters shipped/arrived in timely fashion (about 4 days).
Excellent experience.

I received my order sooner than expected, it was delivered right to my door. The product also exceeded my expectations and was in top condition. My only recommendation when choosing how you want the package shipped is to list the prices of each option. The prices weren't listed for standard vs priority so I choose priority thinking it was free. The following day I received an additional email asking for which priority shipping I wanted 1,2, or 3-day shipping. These were more than 30 dollars each and the standard is 2-3 day shipping anyways. This wasn't bundled with my original order when placed so you would have to go through the payment process again. I believe it may save the company some time and money to just bundle it all together/ provide that information at checkout. I called and had it switched to standard after talking to an employee about my options. Just something to consider. Overall though I will buy from here again.

Please don't buy from this company! They ship you something totally different than what's advertised on their website. Then when you ask for a return, they charge you to return it! Now they won't return any emails after I explained to them that they sent me the wrong product. I sent pictures and showed them they sent me the wrong product and they just ignore my emails. Don't buy from this company! They have zero customer support

This review site is not accurate and says that Aquacave is rated 4.5 out of 5 stars on BBB but I just looked it up and BBB clearly states that they won't give them a BBB stamp of approval due to bad customer service issues. I went ahead and ordered anyway but have been left without my order or a refund for said order. They were great at taking my money but won't ship an item to an address that's not the same as the billing address…. This is the only place I've ever ordered from that expects me to have my package stolen instead of having it shipped to my bosses house. I live downtown Salt Lake City in a locked building that carriers do not have access to so they leave packages outside my building for the homeless to steal. Very lame and don't recommend a place that can't do the bare minimum of customer service and can't get a simple BBB accreditation. They also didn't call me to explain why they weren't sending my package and that's after forcing me to give my number twice at checkout but instead said to call their lazy people to be told why. Also I am updating this post to say that they have emailed me a confirmation of my refund so they did that right!
