This is the most trustworthy site you can buy airsoft guns with. They test every gun they ship out, and the customer service is great. They always have shocker deals, and informative videos on most of the guns. I have bought from here 5 times, every time each gun working perfectly. Really good site, even offer coupon codes, some 10% off.
Ha what a joke. Airsoft gi has a ton of misguided 'fanboys' that ooo and ahh over every single move they make. But the bottom line is, to keep customers, you need good prices, great service, and those are teh basics. Airsoft gi fails at either; I bought 3 guns and 16 bags of BBs from them recently, 2 guns broken within 3 weeks.
This is where the trouble began. If you read carefully, Airsoft gi has a horrendous return policy (all sales final) and terrible warranty (7-14 days).
They basically told me that I was **** out of luck. I had to dispute the charge with my CC company, which is turning into a vortex of my time when Airsoft gi should just repair or replace the defective products.
I will never shop here ever again, and recommend you go to a more reliable Airsoft online retail store if you do decide to buy Airsoft online!
After months of saving my 13 year old chose to purchase from Airsoftgi. What a complete disappointment. They told us it was indeed in stock only to email us a few days later saying that it wasn't. Actually, I read the same review from another person with the same complaint. Then we were told that we would receive our refund within 10 days but nothing. After 2 calls and being reassured that they would make it a priority, still nothing. I suggest NOT EVER using Airsoftgi! Still waiting for a refund.
So far I have had little trouble with this site. Their customer service is great and they are honest on their prices. Know what you're buying though, a cheap rifle usually means a broken rifle. They are great for replacement parts and batteries; when I needed upgrade parts for my P90 they had it all there.
I bought the Elite Force mistery box on 10/9/15 and i got a week ago in the mail an Elite Force KMP basic M4 which it wasn't bad at all ($150) until i got an newsletter from Airsoft Gi saying that same gun goes on sale for $99 not even 10 days after, it looks like a scam to me, customed service said is not their problem. I will never buy anything else from them ever again. Horrible and disrespectful business.

Buyer Beware. Return policy void as soon as you shoot it. What a ripoff! If it does not work they say it is not their fault because the are not the manufacturer.
These guys seem more concerned about them then the customer. Customer is first right? If thats what you want then look elsewhere.
Super stuck up elite-like attitude! Can't stand this place, they talk to you like you're doing them a favor.
It sucks i buy a 500 dallor gun shot like i clip out of it did not like it put back in the box and they wouldn't take it back.
