Late September, taking advantage of an offer, an order was placed for ink cartridges. By mid-December, I notified 999inks that nothing had been received. Given the time of year and other pressures the post was under, it was agreed to give it a bit more time. On 21st December, still no package, the company readily agreed to resend the order. Shortly after, the original package surfaced, followed within a couple of days by the replacement package. Throughout this whole matter, the staff at 999Inks Sales/Orders could not have been more helpful and constructive. I particularly refer to Ms Laura B. I got the impression they were genuinely keen to sort things out in a friendly, constructive manner and to ensure I remained client. Which I will. Job well done.
Used this company for about 10 years. Always speedy delivery. Had a previous problem with cartridge compatibility. This was resolved with guidance sent by email. Current problems with colours mixing. STEFAN answered telephone promptly and understood the possible solutions which he sent by emails very quickly. Eventually this has seemed to work. Then he arranged for a replacement set of ink cartridges to be sent.
Ordered for first time and shocking.
They say they have stock and that they have fast delivery. Ordered on Thursday expecting delivery by Monday or Tuesday latest. No response. Try to call them - stuck on hold for over 45 mins and give up.
Write them an email - no response.
Write a second email and get a generic "I'll chase this up for you" response and find out they don't even keep the stock but get items sent from another company!
Prices looked too good to be true and unfortunately it looks like they are.
Avoid and just go with a more reliable company that actually cares.
Cartridges were supplied faulty - with the chip missing. This caused the cartridge to jam in the print head and damage it when removed. The company did not call back as promised. When I called them (beware, it is a chargable 0845 number) they refused any liability, despite having photos of the faulty cartridge.
Office address appears to be a room above a pub.
Avoid at all costs!
My new cartridge couldn't be recognised y my printer, so having worked through all the troubleshooting guides I could find without any success, I spoke to Stefan. He quickly arranged to replace the cartridge and also sent a freepost envelope for me to return the non-recognised cartridge. No fuss, just a quick and wfficient response. I've used 999 inks for many years, and they're always great.
I came across 999inks by chance when browsing for a reasonably priced alternative toner for my Kyocera laser. I cannot fault this company - speedy response and quality product. I stupidly double ordered and, thanks to Flavio, the matter was resolved quickly and successfully. I will recommend this company - keep up the good and reliable company.
I have used them a few times with no issues and the ink is OK. But had issues with recent delivery and have had nothing but issues trying to return the goods and get a refund. They are affordable heed my words because when it goes wrong it goes wrong badly and they are impossible to deal with
I rang 999 Inks to find out why my order for ink hadn't arrived. I spoke to Gabriel who was friendly and helpful; and told me the reason was because they were out of stock. Gabriel followed this up for me with the supplier and kept me informed of progress, however he was still unable to tell me when I might get the ink.
I always use 999Inks because they are helpful and efficient.
They sent me the wrong cartridges the cartridges for my printer have an elactronic chip in 999Ink gave some rubish excuse about the warehouse foreman could not get it wrong! Yes they have kept my money so they desrve a good slating on the review site! I say if you want ink cartridges go elsewhere this company is not quality just some back street operation.
Terrible company - DO NOT USE THEM!
I ordered three ink cartridges and paid for next day delivery. They didn't dispatch my order until the following week, and when it arrived THERE WERE NO INK CARTRIDGES!
I have emailed numerous times and been completely ignored. I have had no refund, either for the missing cartridges or for the additional postage fee I paid for the next day delivery.
As far as I can see, this has to be a scam company. I have since raised a complaint with Trading Standards.
Do not waste your money. Go elsewhere!
