I have never had an issue but I make sure to call when it's not peak hours. I call in the evening after dinner time. Never call on a Monday morning.

Extremely hard! After being on hold for over an hour on two different occasions, I'd rate their availability at a -7. They have a chat option that is makes unavailable.

I've never had any problems. But the great thing is they will handle returns inside the store - even orders placed online.

Very long on hold time or they can't take your call at the moment

Impossible. Hold time is over 25 minutes before I finally hang up. Facebook messenger there isn't a reply 9 hours later.

YOU CANNOT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE at #OLDNAVY! I've tried a total of 4 times. 1. On hold 26min 2. On hold 40 min. 3. On hold 26 min. 4. Answering machine service says " We cannot answer your call, call back later!
It's RIDICULOUS!
