Has anyone else experience extreme low quality with their item? Our $699 ring was bent with the weight of clothes and now warranty does not cover!

Yes, the main stone in my ring fell out after four months and the company is refusing to refund me. It's only four months old. They say it's only got a one month warranty! A month?! They only have a month warranty because they expect them to break and don't want to give you your money back. Disgusting.

The gem is my ring is all chipped and ugly. Doesn't look like they have any quality control.
