Great customer service! They replaced my order with a different one no questions asked and it arrived ever quicker than my 1st order. Beautiful rings by the way

I had a great success story and in fact will continue to be a customer! I placed a bundle set order for my birthday, received the wrong ring in the set but I had also gotten the wrong size. They made it right and went so far out of their way! They contacted me and sent me another ring of the same value for free and followed up to ensure I had the tracking. I will be loyal and ordering much more from Moon Magic, I love them!

Dorthy! Be careful what you buy, Im with amber and I've had my own horror story. The more more i look into the company the more stories I find!
