How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Labcharge.com?

Impossible to get an answer or a refund. I get an identical email every time I contact them. I am owed $246.53 for a package of 6 that I returned on Dec. 2,2021.

VERY hard to get a response, email takes up to 72 hours
