You have to get RMA label from them. Good luck. They take you in circles.

I received a free Return Postage by email, but they never acknowledged receiving the package. I have all the tracking numbers on the two incoming packages to prove that I received them, but that has not made a difference.

Can't find info how to return or have any communication from company.
