How do I send back my purchase?
Answer:
I received a free Return Postage by email, but they never acknowledged receiving the package. I have all the tracking numbers on the two incoming packages to prove that I received them, but that has not made a difference.

It won't. I even got my credit union involved and they didn't do anything either. These people are scammers.

They will never give you back $ they will try to negotiate for you to keep product and they give percentage of your $ back.

I think it is a scam. I think the employees get a bonus for a bonus for every refund they screw people out of. It does not pay to hire an Attorney and they know this.
