Donna, all i did was write them. They have no cust svc phone number. I wrote, wrote and complained, emailed them a photo of my defective bracelet. Went to their FB page and made negative comments and to their web site also. Over a week went by and no resolve. Company does not have a real return policy or even a refund policy in writing that i could find. Told them I would contact my PayPal for a resolution. They finally did refund my $12 to PayPal. If you used a charge card, i would contact them asap about the situation and put into a dispute. The company is in Canada and only sells cheap Chinese junk jewelry. I tried to find an office on Facebook to write to about this company advertising with them. So far have not. Good luck and be persistent on want a credit. I offerered to return my bracelet to them and they did not want it. Pat C.

Yes, do as Pat C. Recommends. Write them first (they have no phone number), if you don't hear back within 48 hours open a Paypal dispute (assuming you used Paypal to pay). Paypal will notify the seller that they are involved in a dispute. If you did not use Paypal, write the company and ask for a refund, if they ignore you, contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint against them online. There are already several alerts against this company at the BBB. I don't know how they're still in business.

Return it via Priority mail or other traceable means; add signature confirmation and then monitor your account as you wait weeks for a refund. Then, make a mental note to yourself to never, ever again do business with this company.
