It took almost 2 weeks for me and I received a discount voucher for the long wait. I had hardly any response to 3 chase emails. The website/Facebook page makes you feel it's a homely company making fairly good quality goods but in fact it's all made in China and you are truly getting what you pay for as nothing I bought was expensive. I doubt I'll use them again but ok for trinkets.

Your lifetime probably. Stay away from them. I'm convinced that the good reviews on here are written by themselves. I never received anything and only received a refund because I opened a dispute with PayPal. Don't pay for anything any other way because you will never see any money back

I don't know but here in the United States I payed for 3 day delivery n it is almost 3 weeks n it still hasn't been delivered. I m quite disappointed. It shipped finally 5 days ago n still as I said hasn't made it. It was a waste of money to pay for upgraded shipping

Janet, I am not sure about that one. I am in the US & I think these are coming from our neighbors up north in Canada. What ever the est delivery date is you're probably safe to add or minus a day. They are pretty good about the delivery time. I hope this has helped.

I found that it was delivered earlier than expected

Took 9 days they sent me 15% off my next delivery as I complained about it taking so long:-)
