It did take a little time, but like Patricia C. Said... once you get it you realize that you just bought a cheap chinese peace of jewelry... the photographer did a great job making it look better than what it really is... lesson learned... lol

I am only a customer so I don't know why I keep getting emails asking for my help with shipping questions. However I will join the crowd and say that I LOVE ALL of my wrap bracelets that I have received from Florence Scoval Jewelry. I only had one shipping issue and that involved getting one wrong bracelet shipped to me. But they let me keep that one (no charge) and mailed out the correct one (no charge). And I received it in like 5 days as I did the first shipment. So idk abt your experience or how to help you but mine was fantastic. Will buy from them again!

Timeliness was never my problem. The bracelet was totally defective. I can only wish anyone luck who buys that cheap Chinese junk jewelry.

As a former one purchase customer, I can say the items arrived in a timely manner, but we're CHEAP JUNK!

It did take longer than I expected. It was almost a month from the time items were ordered until the date they were received.
