Concord 2 lousy phone

It was cheap but worked albeit terribly for a month. Calls unintelligible, website browser never optimized. Terrible battery life, display like a 70s LCD watch. Then I dropped it on pavement and the screen shattered in a hundred pieces. I laughed out with joy as it gave me the excuse to buy a better phone.

Awful

Bought a ZTE Firefox phone on E bay- payed for it. Well it came without any firmware-so the phone turned on/off. I have spoken via 25 customer service reps in China- all promising the firmware- of course none have done anything at all. E bay cares even less. Lately I have been in contact 5 months later with Lilly from ZTE in China- and still no phone that works. No any recourse in site.
People- please save your $$$$- buy something here in the USA. At least you won't have a bunch of people constantly lying to you-and you'll get your money's worth. This company is awful- it maybe a giant in China-but in the USA they are a dud. Bunch of cheaters and liars-why not- your here they are in China what can you do once they have your $$$-?

I bought a ZTE Max thru boost, I have had the worst issues ever! Screen glitches, I get the same text 5 times sometimes, I don't get some messages and when I took it to the store I purchased it from she reset it and said you should just use your upgrade since you have had the phone for 4 months! Um no stop selling junk how about that! Or even better replace the junk your store pushed to be the best and it's the worst! Don't buy a ZTE Max

Gadgets

One of the best gadgets manufacturers, i like their phones, strong and durable, good camera quality especially Nubia mobile phones, though expensive but they are good quality.
They also produce the best Wi-Fi products available

I first got a ZTE 7 Axon Mini in early 2017 if memory serves me correct. From then and to this present day Tuesday 6-21-22 I've gone through FOUR of ZTE's phones.

Two Axon 7 Minis were returned due to the battery depleting way too quickly. The third was a ZTE Axon 7 doing the same thing. For over two years now I've been using the Axon 10 Pro. The most recent issue I'm dealing with which ZTE will do NOTHING about is when I boot the phone up, with most Android phones you pus the power button for say a second, it slightly vibrates and then boots.

Mine does not do this, it vibrates much longer and then sits on the ZTE screen only. Hence the letters ZTE is all I get. Eventually it boots and when it does I've either got no data, the time is off and the date is way off. I called ZTE about this and of course, nothing is done.

It might be out of warranty but in my opinion this is just like the previous 3 ZTE phones that were replaced under warranty with the badly depleting battery issues.

**this is a review of the company, not of their phones**

On July 15th i ordered a Blade Max View (+ case) for $164.23. The sales associate assured me it would arrive in a week. I did not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, so i contacted them directly to receive one (red flag #1). I then waited... and waited... and waited for the order confirmation (free shipping through ZTE is FedEx 2-day. After contacting the chat support multiple times, i was put in contact with a manager that promised me that she would get back to me with a shipping number by the end of the day (Monday, July 22nd). She did not. The next day, I request a refund and am told that, even though the item had not shipped, even though i had paid the money, they could not process a refund. They then shipped the item anyway (which i immediately returned to sender via contacting FedEx directly).

I have still not received my money, even though ZTE has received the phone they shipped as of the 29th of July.

This phone is absolutely junk. It doesn't have the settings like all phones i had in the past. It DOES NOT WORK WELL WITH HBO MAX.
Don't let the cheap price sell you on this phone, it isn't worth all the frustration.

Not a good choice

Ok I have a ZTE PHONE AND IT HAS TOO MANY APPS. INSTALLED AND NOT ENOUGH STORAGE FIR ME TOO DOWNLOAD ANYTHING ELSE
