My daughter purchased a Jawbone for me last December as gift for me from ebay seller zKarlo.com in Burnsville, Mn.
It worked for a couple of weeks but then quit working right. I returned in Jan for a replacement. It did not work as well as the first one so I packaged it up and finally returned it in late Feb or Mar asking for a full refund.
The first contact for a replacement was very prompt and courteous. Although it was totally via email.
However, I have made numerous complaints directly to zKarlo with absolutely NO response since returning the second one.
I may very well spend more than the $85.oo lost just to get them to tell me they refuse to do anything.
I don't have any beef with ebay except that at this point I haven't figured out how to complain back thru their site.
I purchased a refurbished Guitar Hero for my Grand Daughter
On Dec 14 to get in time for Christmas, estimated delivery was

I was later emailed a tracking # but on the 20th it still had not
Been picked.
So, I called the very nice Burnsville Police and they dispatched
A patrol car to Zkarlo…. Shortly thereafter my present was picked up.
Estimated delivery Dec 27.
Beware of owner Karl Westbeck, has websites Zkarlo.com,
Krazeekrazees.com and store on ebay.
Read the Zkarlo negative feedback on ebay. No wonder he
Won't accept phone calls a *******953.
I suspect the Jawbone UP24 I received is a counterfeit. In the US, there is only one size for headphone plugs and outlets. The UP24 I received had a headphone plug that was, at most, two-thirds the size of a proper headphone plug. I know this for a fact because the "UP24" I ordered was for my mother and I compared the medium "UP24" I received to the small UP24 I already owned for myself, which works perfectly. In addition, the "UP24" I received did not power on, even after hours of charging. In sum, the "UP24" I received was both damaged and defective.
I sent multiple messages to zkarlo through eBay and only once did I receive a non-form response (the form responses merely directed me to fill out a return form), and in that one response zkarlo refused to accept responsibility for the 100% defective product it sold me. I asked that shipping costs be covered for the return since I received what I believe to be a counterfeit item, but zkarlo ignored my requests by repeatedly replying with the exact same, word-for-word, message. It is clear to me that zkarlo does not care about its customers or selling proper, working electronics. Buyer beware when you shop with zkarlo.
