Works great and been using it everyday. Not 100 percent sure, but it seems back light is much brighter, as I do not have to have laptop brightness up all the way anymore, 60 percent is plenty. Will recommend to everyone. Just make sure you always properly research correct part numbers and you should be a happy customer.
I needed to replace a damaged LCD screen for my laptop. The screencountry website was highly informative and helpful in selecting the correct replacement product. Pricing was more than fair. Product delivered very promptly and worked perfectly. They follow up and seemed concerned to provide an excellent experience for their customers. They succeeded admirably.
Absolutely terrible. Customer service agent refused to escalate problems to higher ups or explain why they needed massive amounts of personal information. Mocked me, refused to let me ask questions or speak to other departments, promised they'd call me (still waiting on that one...), and purposefully delayed orders. Given the fact that the customer service agent asked for very detailed personal information, including a photo of my ID, but refused to answer my questions or let me talk to billing about whatever the problem was, I am assuming that they are scamming people and stealing IDs. Seriously be careful of this company.

Orders that are placed to ship to one state using a credit card from another state are subject to order verification in order to protect cardholders against on-line fraud.
This person has placed an order using somebody else's name to be shipped outside of the cardholder's home state and has refused to provide the cardholder verification documents resulting in an order cancellation. They are being untruthful about our company refusing to assist with the order verification, quite the opposite, this person appeared to be covert and uncooperative during the order verification. Instead of completing verification they placed a separate order using yet another person's name and a different card. This person then reached out to our customer support manager on the phone, and attempted to impersonate the cardholder from another state, introducing themselves as Michael in a female voice. Our manager refused to believe that they were Michael, in-turn Maggie refused to believe that she was speaking to the manager. As a result the second order was also cancelled.
A detailed report as to why the two orders were refused and a suggestion on how to proceed was provided by our billing administrator afterwards. This person wrote multiple negative reviews for our company on multiple 3rd party review sites.
