First Ordered sidesteps for my jeep. The delivery was sent to the wrong address as confirmed by FedEx. YITAMOTOR says there is nothing they can do and I have lost my $300. Second, a reoccurring change for this amount has showed up on my bank statement from them that I now have to dispute. There needs to be a lawsuit against this company!

Recently I purchased a set of headlight assemblies for my vehicle. The were advertised as a direct fit, no modifications needed. This was not the case so I requested to return the item. I was asked to provide pictures of the item to make sure it had not been installed. Additionally, they wanted to ensure it was repackaged properly so I sent pictures again. I was asked twice to accept 10, then 30 dollars to keep the item. I told them it didn't fit each time and declined the offer since the part does not fit. Finally, I called and spoke with someone who said I would be sent a return label, however they would deduct 11 dollars from my refund which I agreed to (restocking fee?). Have not heard from them again and they now are not responding to emails... I do not know how to upload and email. Order M*********

In March 2023. I ordered a set of running boards for my tacoma. What I received was a box which contained one (1) running board and nothing else. I've been calling every day since it arrived, it's now April and still I hear "sorry we missed your phone call". Does this place only have one person to watch and listen to the phone ringing? Spent $176.00 and I'm stuck with one unusable running board. Folks, save your time, money and aggravation. Shop elsewhere.

Got some fogged-over headlights in my Second Gen Dodge Ram, Dodge Ram Sport (mine) has 2 headlight bulbs and one corner light per side. Total 3 bulbs per light. Base model (non Sport) lights were single bulbs and corner lights. With 2 lights per side. Dual bulb headlights were an option. It's a 2-into-1 merge adapter to convert it from 2 bulbs to 1 bulb. I purchased that so the new light housings will work on my truck.

For the price, you can't beat this deal! Extremely bright! I live in the snow capital of Michigan, and I regularly use this light bar in the blizzards we have had. Water proof, durable, and it looks so good!

I have a brand new 2020 Chevy silverado 1500 crew cab I was looking for running boards. Chevy wanted $800 and multiple otheR companies wanted anywhere from $400-$600. I was hesitant to buy these as they were so cheap but it might be the best purchase of my life. These look exactly the same and work flawlessly. Very sturdy. Took me an hour to put on. It is not hard to put on just takes some time. Everything lined up correctly with the parts supplied.

It was very hard to find this part for my husbands car. We had to order another piece to make it a complete set as no one seems to sell them together which was a pain. Very decent price. If you get it repair in the shop it guaranteed to cost at least 1k or more. I called shops around and some said they could even get the part. Im glad I was able to find it on yitamotor.

I have a 2016 jku. This was the perfect mod. I had someone pull me over just to ask about my Jeep. I was nervous seeing that there were no instructions. It was basically plug and play. I installed aftermarket led fogs...no wire extension needed. You will need a fairlead and license plate brackets. I wish Id known that sooner. Everything else was easy peasy. Im a hairdresser...if I can do it You can install it too. You wont be disappointed.

I purchased a set of running boards from YitaMotor to replace the OEM boards on my 2016 Ram 1500. I thought the OEM ones felt a little like something my dad would have and I was looking for a more aggressive set. YitaMotor had a nice black set at a very fair price that were a simple swap from what I had previously.

I've received some nice compliments on these running boards so I'm pretty happy. Based on my experience with this company's products, I'll surely be back when I'm looking for more replacements parts.

The tow mirrors are definitely a solid upgrade for these trucks. There is a little shake in the glass when driving at highway speeds, and the adjustment motors for the top mirror seem to hit a sticking point, but both of these are very minor issues as I can still adjust the mirror to where I need it and the shaking isn't anywhere near as bad as some other brands.
I do wish the front turn signal was wired to come on with the lights, instead of just acting as an indicator.
Overall a great product though!
