Be aware, don't trust this company "Anern" at all... sales managers are creating drama once they get the first deposit ( first payment) at the beginning they tell you your goods will be delivered after after one month as mentioned in the PI... but once they get the first payment they will make you struggle to get your goods and at the end of every month they tell you " sorry we can't deliver the goods for this month, you have yo wait untill the end of the next month"... I have waited 5 months without receiving anything from them.
Actually, they are specialized in creating series of drama rather than create a good solar inverters...
Finally, my advice is not to do any job with this company as i have struggled to get my deposit and after calling attorneys and chinese friend i succeeded to get back my deposit ( after 5 months)...
Especially don't trust Tereza because she is a big liar...
Bad experience with this company!

Anern is not to be trusted I'm wanting my money back for the non functional inverter not even a days work. Several emails no replies.

I buy from Anern company 4000W ON/OFF grid solar system, 10pcs 400W anern solar panels, 6kW anern inveter, 2pcs 4,8kW anern lithium batteries.
Everything could be connected succesfully.
Problem is that at maximum intensity of sunlight, the system could deliver only at peak 2kW from solar panels (half).
The another problem is that inverter can charge the lithium batteries only at 10Amperes. So it took two sunny days without another electricity consumption to fully charge the batteries.
Their sales support will comunicate with you without any knowledge about solar stuff.
And they will stop to communicate with you.

Anern produce useless chinese equipment.
Can't recommend Anern industry.
Please look for another serious producer.

It's even worse than we thought.
The solar panels from Anern lowering the produced power day by day.
The panels was installed in Nov/2022 and now is May/2023, after half year the 10pcs 400W panels producing only 1000W during sunny day and pointed directly at the sun.
The sales manager said that it caused some technical problem at their producing line, so the panels are defective from production.
Sales manager said that they can replace only if we make new order. (New order of useless stuff)
This was the worst investment we ever made.
