Made my first order on a Thursday and received it on Monday with just standard shipping from BC to SK which is pretty quick. Chat was there to answer my questions. So far no complaints at all...very good first impression.
I have tried ordering from various online heath stores and have found Yes Wellness to be the best of the lot. Not only do they sell quality products, but they have a blog to help educate people on healthy lifestyle choices.
They typically have the best pricing plus you can earn points for further savings. On top of that we often find free samples thrown in with our orders such as supplements, shaker cups, drink mixes, etc. It is a bit like Christmas with every order!:)
As such, this is the first place I always check for all of my healthy product needs.

I placed an order on December 9,2020 and I still don't have it. Tracking said I would get my order on December 24 but I didn't get it. Next the tracking said I will get it on December 30 but I still didn't get it. I asked for a refund but they refused to refund my money and was told to wait for my order to arrive ( who knows when that will be) and then return it before they will issue a refund. So unprofessional.

I ordered my products on Jan 9th. I contacted them multiple times to see when it would ship and received different answers. Even though they said it would ship, it did not ship until 10 DAYS LATER! So all in all, it will take a month to receive the product, even though they already took my money. I have not yet received the product, so I'll keep my fingers crossed.
I placed an order with Yeswellness on April 17th and my credit card was charged right away. A couple weeks later I emailed and asked why my card was charged, but my order had not been shipped. I waited about a week, but got no reply. I then went back to the website and saw the notification that the store was temporarily closed due to Covid and the phones were temporarily not being answered. I then contacted Paypal to lodge a dispute. Yeswellness replied to me that they would have someone from customer service contact me. No one ever did. I messaged Yeswellnes and stated that I wanted the order canceled and a refund made to my credit card. A week later I had still not received a reply so I emailed yesterday and still no reply. Then today I get an email saying the order has been shipped. It would seem to me that they are running some kind of scam. I am currently relying on Paypal to help me get my money back.

"Well, yes," overall, I did like my first dealing with this company. Their communications were very good. Prices, for the most part, were good/ competitive. The necessary ordering total for free shipping was better than "some". Little perks like free lip balm and samples were nice touches. I was not too pleased with a listed item which I ordered and which was not in stock. I do feel like other sites, they should indicate beforehand that stock, of a particular item, is low and that a special request from the supplier might be necessary. To their credit, they did notify me fairly quickly that the order would be delayed, and they would notify when the item would be forthcoming. The wait ended up not being too long, so likely they got in touch with their supplier promptly. I guess I could also have had the "option" of forwarding the rest of the order with free shipping and either cancelling or waiting for the rest of the order. Other sites do this, for it is their fault that the item was listed and not immediately available. I am assuming this would be the case, even though the company didn't explicably indicate so. I did notice that the reviews for this company varied from very good to disappointing. However, I did like the fact that the manager did add a comment/ "remedy" to help address concerns when they appeared. I tend to like full site discounts, rather than item specific discounts/sales. I find that I tend to order more when such occurs. Often, sales deal with items I have no interest in, or even if I did order a specific sale item, the free shipping wouldn't apply, so how much am I saving? To date, I haven't seen such from this company, so I really don't know if this occurs or not. I do like the fact that they have a clearance section, often for items that are nearing an expiration date, and such an expiration date is clearly indicted.
I find that on yeswellness, most of the items I want are cheaper on their website than elsewhere, plus they have a lower threshold for free shipping ($39), so yeswellness has been my choice 4 times now.
The first time I ordered was in 2019, pre-pandemic. What I wanted was cheaper at yeswellness, including shipping, than anywhere else. I had no problems with ordering, payment, or delivery.
The second time I ordered (also pre-pandemic), they had promotions on, and with a coupon my order actually came to $0.00. They shipped it out and it arrived with a free bonus item!
The third time I ordered from yeswellness.com was 2020, just before COVID-19 lockdowns. The vitamins I wanted were cheapest here, and still came to less than anywhere else with shipping. They were glass bottles but were very well-packed in bubble-wrap, and arrived with no issues.
The fourth time was in December 2020, so during pandemic. The item I wanted is something I use all the time, and if I ordered a certain quantity, I would get free shipping from yeswellness. Their price was much cheaper than other sites I usually buy from, so I bought the required quantity to get the free shipping. I spent as much as I would have at another site, but essentially got an extra bottle for the same money.
Yeswellness generally seems to take 3 business days to ship with Canada Post, but all my items have arrived safe and sound, and sensibly packed.
Had I read the negative reviews on this website first, I wouldn't have gone with yeswellness. But I didn't read them first, and I can't say that I've had anything but satisfactory experiences shopping with yeswellness, if 4 out of 4 counts for anything.
