I have used Wine Insider for several years now and have been very happy with both their service and their products. Wine Insider offers a wide variety of U.S. and International wines with a continuously rotating inventory of small and medium size wineries with a large range of value. You order only what you want and when you want it as this is not a club that send shipments without prior approval. Some of their sales are extraordinary as far as quality, selection, and value for the dollar. And orders are usually received within a day or two of the order being placed. They also provide very informative notes about each selection on their website, although the customer must print them out at time of order if they want to have them when they receive their shipment. Occasionally Wine Insider offers bonus gifts with some specials, especially around holidays. I would recommend Wine Insider to any of my wine drinking friends.

I have been a member of Wineinsiders since 2014 and have thoroughly enjoyed their wide selection of wines. The wines are reasonably priced and delivered within 3-4 business days. I am also impressed with their customer service. They have promptly responded to my email inquiries and followed up with satisfactory dispute resolutions.

This issue has happened in the past and again in December. The delivery date was missed. We contacted the shipper - no results. We contacted WI several times - no results. The order/delivery time ended up being nearly 2 weeks. No awareness or follow through on WI's part. This is the last time we are likely to order. The late delivery isn't the issue. It's the lack of awareness and support. There are too many other choices.

Wine Insiders has a wonderful selection for all wine tastes. Great deals. You can pick your own wines or you can go with the unique offers that come to you. Easy delivery direct to your home. So much better that even going to a place like Total Wine. Buy when you want and how much you want.

I maintain membership in two wine clubs, but I often find myself turning to Wineinsiders for something out of the ordinary and something that might surprise my taste buds. You will find or should at least try to find a taste or selection that fits "you". I did and I will stick with their methods and solutions on finding a stock of items that will likely fit your taste as well. Happy wine drinking.

We receive coupons every year and buy half a case of mixed wines. Each time, we are so very happy with the wine we receive. Love it! Love the surprises, love the service, the low shipping cost, all of it.

I have ordered so much wine from wineinsiders.com and I have never been disappointed in the selections they send me. Are they all 90+ points wines, no but they are really good! Good enough to want to share with friends and family.
