I bought a Gaggia Cadrona in March 2024. It had a broken coffee container lid. The replacement process for their shipping damage was like going through an inquisition, so I just bought another. A month ago, the milk frother carafe stopped working. It, too, has broken parts. There are no replacement carafes available except in the UK! Of course, Whole Latte Love continues to ship new machines with CARAFES, but won't assist existing customers. In fact, THEY WILL NOT PUBLISH ONE STAR REVIEWS! I have no where to turn. No way to get assistance. This was a huge splurge for me and I am out $900!

EDIT: I received a personal phone call from the controller of the company. She said thi should never have happened and they will be doing further customer service training. She called their warehouse directly and had the supervisor pull a new milk carafe from a complete machine. It has been shipped to me, expedited, without charge for the carafe or shipping. Excellent customer service.

I was offered to repair my coffee machine myself. The machine is still under warranty. Customer service send me a step-by-step instructions and video how to DISASSEMBLE the machine, including wiring and repair it. I only wonder what may happen if a wire is connected wrong. Electrocute me or my family? The machine is under warranty! The company recommends self-repair for work that should be done by a certified technician/electrician.

I've purchased my 5k espresso equipment here due to easily accessible customer service. Then they changed it so you couldn't call any longer for technical inquiries. Now you gotta submit it a ticket via email. Ive waited 9 days for a reply with my ongoing machine issue. They just care about sales, why would they do it otherwise?
