I have been in a nightmare situation with this company. We only got to the stage where they practiced on 10 sample photos for me. They tried about 4 times to retouch 10 images to my style and they were SO off that I decided I was not interested in having them retouch the entire wedding. I asked them for a refund about 6 times, they said they will not give a refund but continue to try to edit the images until I am satisfied. I am obviously not going to be satisfied with their work after all of the attempts and communication we have tried. They continue to drag out this process and are doing everything possible not to give me a refund even though no significant work has been done.
