I've gone through a lot of wedding websites -- and I do mean A LOT -- but none have come close to the selection, professionalism, and quality of exclusivelyweddings.com. This website has everything you could possibly need to plan a wedding, buy gifts for the attendants, or buy gifts for the newlyweds themselves. Plus, this website has a lot of online coupons. Visit a coupon website and you'll probably save yourself upwards of 20 percent off their already fair prices. Just a tip to keep in mind!
Well, I am not one to complain, but not once did they mess up, but twice! Both times the wording at the bottom of the frame was not centered. The two lines were off and it looks terrible! I didn't get any apology the first time, just a we will replace. Well you'd think if you replace something the first time you would look to see the second time if the mistake was corrected! NOPE! Still not centered correctly. Very embarrassing to give as a gift! And on top of it, I emailed them and no response, no apology, no nothing! Never again, will I order anything from here.
I was very nervous about ordering my wedding invitations online, but every local shop was way out of our budget. I searched a lot of websites and finally found a design that I liked at Exclusively weddings.
I placed my order and I did ask for proof of my invitation wording. It was perfect. I placed the order and received updates as the order was processing. I got the order about 5 weeks from the date of order. I immediately opened the box. They were exactly what I expected! And they gave us the extra run off at no additional charge. I loved my invitations so much that I even decided to order additional products from them. I ordered our sand for our sand ceremony and the colors were vibrant!
Friends and family loved my invitations and I think they were the most unique wedding invitations I've ever seen. And I'm very happy that I decided to use them.
I ordered three items from this company for an August 1 wedding. I ordered welcome bags, tissue paper and personalized paper napkins. My order was confirmed on Thursday, July 2nd at 2:00 pm. On July 15th, I spoke to someone regarding the status of my order. They were unwilling to ship items separately so I would need to wait an ADDITIONAL 7 days before they would send my order out. That meant the turn-around time for personalized napkins was three weeks--BEFORE adding transit time! For a company that calls itself "exclusively weddings" and specializes in providing last minute details, the lead time required is ridiculous. And the policy of not shipping items separately is simply poor business practice-the attempt to save their company a few pennies results in terrible customer service. I was able to order similar items from another company and get receipt in a timely manner. I would NOT recommend this business at all.
I am also not one to complain but i would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE they completely changed my invitation, printed it, they claim they are 100% satisfaction guaranteed which obviously isn't true because they were not willing to fix the problem or reprint my invitations. They were also not even willing to discount a reprint. The manage, Tetley was rude and unprofessional. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Exclusively weddings is supposed to be a website that should make my wedding planning go smoothly. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES. Here are the reasons why:
1.) I ordered 250 "Key to my heart" bottle openers & I was very excited to get them in the mail only to find that ALL 250 of them were COVERED in mold! I have a baby in my home, and mold is not something that my daughter ( or anyone for that matter) should be around.
2.) I purchased items for my bridesmaids gifts on March 5th & on March 17th they email me to tell me that 9 of the items I purchased were back ordered. Now, I completely understand popular items go on back order but to find out 12 days later is a little out of control. In that time I could have purchased different items for my bridesmaids if theirs weren't available.
3.) They sent me a new receipt with a total of 68$ ( without the backordered items) & then somehow my account was charged 107$. When I spoke to a representative they told me there was an error in their system & they were "sorry". What they should of done was own up to their error and charge me for what the receipt stated.
I wouldn't recommend this website to any bride that is trying to have a stress free planning time. Their customer service is horrible, their items are moldy, and their system clearly doesn't function correctly.
