I ordered Christmas cards and paid for the 3 day express. The cards never came. I called and was on hold for over an hour! They said they would ship overnight. Never came! Another hour plus wait on the phone…again promised overnight. They finally came December 23! Also, the framed photo of our card was matted crooked! Another hour of my time wasted trying to talk to someone about the issue. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You cant get a hold of anyone in a timely manner! What happened to Minted?
Minted is an absolute joke.
I'm posting my experience on every website that will allow it, because no one should have to ever go through what I went through.
Not only did my invites cost almost $700 for my events, they get my order wrong several times. After the second time I called and they refused to let me speak to a supervisor and only wanted to offer 25% off for the inconvenience. They repeatedly offered to expedite my shipping and production, but lied time over time. Every time i reprocessed the order i would have to call back to make sure they followed through on their word. This is the second and LAST time i will ever use them again. BRIDES, please expect to spend hundreds of dollars and tears on the poor quality and poor customer service. Also, lower your expectations and prepare to have a headache if you decide to use them.
They had a problem with their systems, and my order was made wrong. After being on-hold for over an hour, I was promised a complete fix at no charge. That never happened. Instead, I never received any help. My holiday cards didn't go out this year. I tried six times to get assistance only to be given more fake promises. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company.
I just received a box of 25 custom note cards that I had ordered as a Christmas present. The cards were to have the name Maria printed in script on the bottom. As the script was being done by an "artist" there was no proof to look at when ordering or before printing...just a sample name Ellie. When I received the cards, you could not even make out the name! It kind of looked like Mariq but even that is generous. I asked their "customer service" person Naomi to re-make the cards only; not the envelopes or pretty box. They said NO! If I would pay 50% of the original price plus shipping ($47), they would make a new one. What a disappointment. Welcome Shutterfly.
I gave up after losing a lot to them. I can only assume that this is a scam based on a massive Thanksgiving bonus scheme because the app is still working but there are no withdrawal options. The administrators of the community have likewise disappeared.
Since its recovery would be miraculous, I appealed to S I M O N C H * C O M for help. At least they are reliable, and they assisted me in getting my about $80,000 reimbursement.
I have been a Minted customer since 2020 and have ordered multiple cards. Usually they are about average but this year the customer service has gone completely down the hill. They ignore customer's requests and carelessly send things to production. They messed up my initial order. I placed another order they messed up that too. They promised that my cards would be at my doorstep 3 days ago but haven't even printed them yet.
I have called and chatted many times and no body cares. Thank you minted for running everything and for preventing me for sending my Christmas cards early. Please close your business if you can't keep up with it!
We used Minted for our wedding invites and for the last three years of holiday cards. Typically I order them on Rush and get them within 3 days. This year I order Rush and it has taken over 11 days and I am pretty sure the only reason I am getting them now is because I contacted the site multiple times. No idea what has happened to the company, but we won't be using them again.
If I could rate Minted a 0 out of 5 I would. Minted has messed up my order 3 times. My proofs all 3 times have been correct, however the physical copy of the cards have not been. For the last order, I asked for a picture of the physical cards be sent to me prior to shipping to ensure that the cards are the same as the proof. This was confirmed with a supervisor that a picture of the cards would be sent to me prior to shipment. Then I received a notification that my package was ready to ship. I emailed and asked for a picture of the physical cards, which I did not get a timely response on and my cards were already shipped. Just received in the mail, and they look the same as the previous 2 orders. The staff is not helpful. DO NOT RECOMMEND, GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
Our Christmas cards came on time, but the addressed envelopes arrived late after the holiday. The glue is so bad the envelopes won't seal. Unbelievable…
I placed an order for 80 Christmas cards with addresses printed on the envelopes, but I only received 53 printed envelopes. When I called customer service, I was assured the remaining envelopes would be overnighted. That was a blatant lie. I was also promised a 30% refund, which was yet another lie. This 24-hour cycle of feeding me nothing but excuses and nonsense is absolutely unacceptable. After being a loyal customer for three years, this is the treatment I receive? Now, thanks to their incompetence, I'm delayed and will have to handwrite the remaining Christmas cards myself. This entire experience is beyond frustrating.
Answer: I was trying to do that but couldn't get an answer or find out. I would say no, not possible. I order a bunch of holiday cards, cost almost $300 with pre-printed addresses. 3 weeks, still waiting.
Answer: I couldn't find that. I ordered 100 holiday cards. Cost approaching $300. Been a few weeks and have no real delivery date. Today is 12/22. Oh well, they will be new years cards instead
