VW car brand is rubbish

I had my MK7 VW Golf 2017 repaired twice for a doggy clutch kit at 33,000 kms and again at 37,000 kms. The sale man lied to me about the VW Golf having any issues since years ago with the double clutch system. When I complained to VW Australia about it, they mismanagement my concerns and pretended nothing happened. I have two documents from Blacktown VW regarding the repair working completed if anyone was to look.
