Had a terrible experience at this "p. O. box". There are plants growing everywhere and it has a green house vibe when you walk in.

Make sure you look the same each time you go in, else the guy working there won't be able to recognize you. I didn't wear makeup today and he accused me of not being me. Keep in mind I've been to this place about 10x before today.

Obviously I was offended, and told him he was being rude. He told me he's never seen me before. After I was done defending myself, his response was to cancel my account.

My mail is always available, and I'm updated of when any new mail arrives. For only $14 per month, you can't beat the price or find better mailbox services.

The solo person that runs this business is extremely racist towards black paying customers and very controlling. Anthony intentionally withhold time sensitive mail and any banking cards from black customers. If you bring it to his intention he's so controlling and would intentionally cancel your mailbox service causing an inconvenience for black recipients. He is so controlling that he would not give BLACKS their mail if you are not wearing a mask picking up mail from outside of the store. He just hands you the mail through the door, while waiting on the sidewalk. So why would he request you to wear a mask on the outside of his store? He is also selective to people following his rules, I have watch him catering non-black customers with mask. This guy is single completely miserable soul with have an controlling attitude. I'm seeking to put together a class actions lawsuit for any other BLACK person that have experienced his racist treatment to cancel mailboxes. I have had Fedex packages arrived and receive notifications, but he would lie and stay they are not in and three days he hands over the packages. I have also witness missing mail and open mail, which he claims that's how the mail was delivered. Please be careful. A lot of virtual mailing centers (iPostal is one) has cancel their partnership with him because of his controlling and extremely rude unethical behavior actions. I honestly do not how is this person still in business with all the fraud he doing with people mail.

I am extremely pleased at the customer service that I have received from The Virtual Domicile. I recently re-located here to LA from Seattle, and didn't have a permanent business of personal address established beforeI got hear. After researching several different P. O. Boxes Type businessed I was exremely fortunate to choose The Virtual Domicle. I am using this location for my business and well as personal mail. My address reads like a real physical address and not a P. O. Box, so any correspondence I get from potential clients looks like they are reaching an office. With the timely email alerts I receive as soon as I get a letter or a package, my business hasn't skipped a beat. I'm not sure how many client this location has, but I am always impressed that everytime I come in to pick-up my mail, they call me by name. I would recommend The Virtual Domilce to all of my friends that find themselve in a simular situation as I found myself.
