I cannot imagine not being able to see my own vet when there is immediate need. However, they were not able to find a time for us and left me with a bleeding pup and nowhere to go. I was finally given your name and when I called, I felt cared for and welcome. Your service was immediate and although her bleeding was controlled by then, she needed meds and attention which she got within minutes. I was absolutely astounded at the professionalism in your office, as you all were waiting and able to take on any emergency. This was an easy fix for my pup luckily, but knowing that you are there is such a relief for me should I ever need to see you again. I am quite grateful and relieved to know you are there.
