I am new to this site. I heard that the Smitten Kitchen blog author recommends it for figuring out nutrition information. But for the life of me I can't figure out how to enter some ingredients. The "help" function doesn't address this. An example: today I want to enter "2 tbsp chia seeds." This doesn't work. So I pick something from the dropdown menu (Chia Seeds, Dried). But it doesn't allow me to pick a measurement. I choose "custom measurement" because that is the only option offered, but then what? No measurements can be entered. And I can't see any rhyme or reason to what "takes" and what doesn't. In this same recipe, I was able to enter "1 tbsp baking powder" (and 7 other ingredients) on the first try. Tedious, and after trying so many things, I had to give up.
I was offered really great workout tips and other healthy recommendations. I'm a vegetarian and I exercise regularly, but i had to restrict myself even more. Actually i lost 4 kg in a week so i am happy and pleased
I used this website last night to determine the nutritional information for a number of my recipes and was so pleased I had found that calculator. However, the results from one recipe really surprised me. Then I discovered that the source of that recipe actually provided the nutrition information and it was way different from Very Well Fit. I also found a nutrition label for the meat online and it suggested that the Very Well Fit information was off as well. Now I don't know if I can rely on the info for all the other recipes.
The day I decided to lose weight, I have been on this site everyday, to check the food I was going to eat. Calorie number is very important for the ones trying to lose the weight. Eating is a significant part and how much you assume a day almost decide if you can successfully lose the weight. Looking up the calories of food, and I lose 20 pounds. Try this site, you won't regret of it.
Got on site to review golfer's elbow brace choices, great info and ordering link.
After selecting brace, clicked on ordering link and was directed to brace page on Amazon.
Chose Amazon prime trial and received order in two days, no cost shipping.
Brace was as described on site. Very happy.
Easy, peesy.
Really the website CalorieCount gave me wonderful information regarding the Calorie Count, and it generally provides all types of simple tips regarding the diet process, and many of my friends are also using this website to know about the details. And I’m really thankful to this website which gives general information in a clear manner.
It is a good site for reducing weight. I searched my sites for weight loss because I was in excessive weight. That time I am very sad and gloomy and I am not going any place, any functions and also not including any activities because of the shy. After I got the caloriecount.com guidelines reduced my weight and now fixed my marriage.
I love this site. You create a free profile. They tell you how many calories you should eat per day to reach your target weight. You can search the foods you eat on the site, to find out how many calories you are eating. You can also search exercise activities, so you know how many calories you are burning. You also enter your weight each day. The website graphs the amount of calories you are burning, and your weight. It is so wonderful for weight loss.
With a help of CalorieCount I didn't lose weight but tracked the quantity of protein I take every day. The program helped me normalize the amount of food I have to eat within a day to stay healthy and fit.
Attempted to calculate calories in a recipe using the Very Well Fit calculator. An 8 ounce chicken breast came in at 912 calories. Makes you wonder how much incorrect information they give out.
Very Well Fit has a rating of 3.2 stars from 20 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally satisfied with their purchases. Very Well Fit ranks 16th among Diet sites.
