I gave 1 star because there is no possibility of giving less than that. I paid for the Very Crate detoxification item in 2020- the product was never delivered. All attempts to contact the buyer were futile. I requested for a refund and never got one. I believe these are scammers.

Took forever to arrive, couldn't get a straight answer from the company despite numerous emails. Used it 1x. HASNT worked since! Utter crap! It's a ripoff!

This company steaks your money and never sends the product or replaces it if it lost in the mail. This company is a rip off

I order the foot detox 6 months ago and still haven't received it, I've emailed them several times and requested my money back and still haven't received nothing. How can people get away with scamming people like this?

I ordered this product 7 months ago and after 20 or more emails in regards to me NOT getting the product I ordered and paid for... All I got was lies! They took my money and now the email server says it not a valid email! I hope the Federal Bureau of Investigations burst them and shut them down! I still want my money back! And then some for all the stress thus has caused me!

Do NOT attempt to purchase ANYTHING from Very Crate! They're VERY GREAT at robbing people!

I placed my order on April 10,2020 was not provided with any tracking after several attempts, to date have not received anything... I have a thread of emails i have sent and their reply has been:

We are hoping for your best understanding that the package is still on its way to USPS and hasn't gone through yet. It needs to be scanned and further checking and clearance before USPS could accept the parcel and update its internal tracking system. USPS should say it's not with them, yes they are correct because the parcel hasn't reached the USPS facility yet.

The huge delay from our shipping partner is giving us a big impact and we are sorry for this. The management is taking further action for this not to happen in the future. Despite this circumstance, we are still taking care of your package and doing our very best to send it to the USPS facility right away.

I'm hoping for your best consideration during these times.

This is ridiculous i only want my refund!

Ordered the product in April. Inquire 5 times after a month, where is my unit? Get an email about a week later each time - It's on it's way. Finally showed up in Sept. I have used it twice, once with my feet in it and just like the ad, the water was brown and gross. Did not really feel any different but thought, will try it more and see. After reading some reviews, I ran it again with just salt, no feet in the water and guess what? Water looked to exact same, brown and gross. There must be a chemical reaction in the salt water. Seems to be a scam and you have to wait months to get what you order. Run away - not worth the money or time - Garbage!

Yes I bought one and it doesn't work. Tried to get a refund and you only get robo reply no human response even thought it is promised within 48 hours. I've tried to contact this company over 25 times nothing has been done

THIS MACHINE DOES NOT WORK AS THEY SAY. We put our feet in the water/salt solution just as told to do. We used our filtered water, no chlorine or toxins in water at all b/c we use a whole house filter system. Our water didn't change at ALL. It stayed clear as a bell, looked just like water from the sink. THEN we used our outside city water which of course is not filtered. We didn't put our feet in this water, and let the machine proceed with it's cycle. The water became brown, black specs on top, even caramel colored JUST LIKE THE PHOTOS THEY SHOW YOU SAYING ''LOOK AT ALL THE TOXINS COMING FROM YOUR FEET"! YEA, RIGHT! NO.
DON'T FALL FOR IT. They won't refund your money, "No Questions Asked" as they promise. If you have opened the box,, sorry, you lose your refund. You have to return it UNOPENED before you get your money back, as THEY say. I wouldn't even trust them THEN. THey're liars and it's a complete GIMICK. Don'T fall for it. They also give the run around not answering, forever, until they FINALLY tell you that if you opened the box, too bad. No refund.

So very disappointed and now pissed!
Placed an order back in May and I still haven't received the product. Now they are giving me the "run-around" since I requested a refund back in June. I have a long feed of emails from them, telling me "this matter is being investigated by management". What a bunch of crap. I've called them as well, and yes the same damn recording everyone else is getting. I guess I'll just flood them with emails every day to remind them how totally fk'd up this is!

First of all, I agree with other reviewers & wish you had a negative star review. I placed my order & got email confirmation that it was shipped & the tracking number provided showed that it arrived in a near by city. Then nothing for months. I attempted to reach out to customer service & no reply. After multiple more attempts I finally get a reply stating that it was on the way, no apology. I finally received my package 4 months after the initial order & I go to plug it in & the 12volt "jack" fell apart inside the unit. I'm pretty handy so I open up the brand new unit & repair the part. Upon plugging it in it starts excreting an orange color from the "array" without placing my feet in the water. Of course an orange color would indicate that it was detoxifying my joints event hough my joints hadn't yet made it to the tub. So I place my feet in the tub & let it do it's thing. Afterward zero difference in how I felt. I understand that a lot of people out there are looking for a miracle or even just a little bit of relief, like me, but trust me when I say that the only thing you will be relieved of is the money in your bank account.
