I spent a total of $18.28 for end caps for my Simplicity vacuum. They arrived and they were too big. I called to inform them do not fit. I spoke with Paul & he said he would call me back. I received two call backs from Paul who in turn found out they do not make them any more. He does find two of the old style which he is sending me also an old brush. Paul went way above and beyond!

I ordered a vacuum from these folks. They said it would be shipped from the manufacturer the next day. After almost three weeks with no delivery I contacted them to find out what was going on. I was told that the model I ordered was no longer made and was out of stock. Neither this company nor the manufacturer contacted me about this problem. It was not until I contacted them that I was told this information. If I had not called them I would have never received a vacuum and I guess no one cared enough to let me know or help me in any way.
