Trustedeal

I ordered these before the Chinese New year, back in February. This was before Covid was known outside of China. I wanted to give it about a month before my next con, so that was hopefully gonna get here on time.

My event ended up getting cancelled, so I no longer had a deadline. Each month I would e-mail them and they would tell me that they were not working yet or that they were back working and they will ship soon. It took a while, but they were really good with replying when I asked for updates. If you have a deadline, this probably isn't the place to go.

They finally shipped my shoes and I got them in less than a week. The heels are a little too tall, but I can probably fix that. Aside from that, they are perfect for my Tuesday costume (Carole and Tuesday)

When I placed my order, I noted in the order that I needed it within one month. Given as all I ordered was a wig and a mask, this doesn't seem to be an unreasonable request. When I messaged Trustedeal 2 weeks later to confirm, they assured me that I would receive my package on time.

A few days later, I received notification that my package had shipped. When I asked for a tracking number, they informed me that my package had yet to ship, and would need a few more days. Finally, one week before the deadline for the event I am attending, they message me saying they will not be able to ship it to me on time. This is, of course, after stringing me along for the better part of a month with the claim that I would be receiving my product on schedule.

If there is one redeeming quality, they openly and apologetically offered a full refund, which I will be taking.

I have recently ordered a custom tailored sportswear suit from Trustedeal. I have heard a lot about buying from chinese retailers, and am very wary of how it will turn out. However, their customer service so far has been amazing, they speak great english, and they have made sure that every detail is accounted for. They even offered to show me pictures of the finished product so that any nescessary changes can be made. I have not received the item yet, as it is still being made, but as a review of their customer support, they are very good. I will make sure to update this review as soon as the costume arrives, since there aren't many reviews at all for this site, and the ones that do exist are not about this site, but other chinese manufacturing sites.

Bought them, was in a tight schedule but they were able to put it on express delivery for me. Truly amazing and will definitely come back
