He took control of the situation, got the casket of my choice ordered at 8:38 a.m. on Wednesday the 10th of November 2021 (my daddy service was on November 15th) and it was delivered to my front door 26 hours later! I could not believe the amazing customer service I received from Trusted Caskets; not only did the ordering go smoothly, Tim even kept in touch with me throughout the shipping process all the way to the delivery itself. The casket was absolutely beautiful and there was zero damage to it. For the final resting place of a person that was one with me, it was the best experience I could ever ask for.
