I ordered a casket $1590 I gave them a credit card and they charge me over $1800. When I called and told them to start the deliver they sent me another bill for $2975 plus taxes and fees. The price almost doubled. I called and told Todd the add said free nationwide delivery* I finally found out what * ment stay away from these people.

Please beware! The prices seem great however the day of my moms funeral they could not deliver the casket. A simple e mail was sent horrible. The gentleman Todd while he did refund my money thought it was a joke. Then dropped the FBOMB at me a few times! How wonderful! On one of the worst days of my life this is what I got to deal with! STAY AWAY!

Casket we ordered was a Myra Maple. We expressed concern it was available via phone conversation. We were assured it was available and placed our order. Casket = 2990. They were unable to provide shipping and additional costs at time of order. Additional costs = 585+225+385+145+75+250+275+90+ 4% fees + local tax + 2%= $2910
TOTAL OF $5990
The casket we received was not maple, and did not have a pink interior. They were unable to provide details (model)of the casket I received. To be clear, their contract states they can substitute. No reason to expect what you order of pay for. Documents show it was shipped from BMX Imports in Dallas... (imports is concerning).

I ordered a casket on November 30 and requested to deliver on Dec 10- Dec 12. The customer service told me that they would send me a Email in one or two days. I got a Email until Dec 5 and charged me $2048. 99. The casket price is $990.

I called to cancel the order on Dec 6. They reply that if any casket order is canceled you will be subject to a 35% restocking fee and return shipping charges when applicable.
They try to robber customers left and right.

Horrible hard to deal with a bunch lies false advertisement. I placed my order February 11,2024, today is April 13 I haven't received a refund calls different numbers they want 35% plus a percent to deliver that never happened could deliver casket for funeral called late and will not refund my money I've been cursed at I recorded all conversations they also chosen not to refund or answer any calls or send my receipts to email as well and so I have filed in courts I'm thinking there a scam Todd then you haft to pay more money

I ordered the casket April 4. My mom died April 16. Still hadn't gotten it they promise an overnight delivery. You called them ask them they promise it for the next day you never get it. They shift the blame to you when you don't get it and you cancel. Not very honest people I have talked to other casket companies and they say they're notorious for this and for overcharging double charging people. So please do not order from these people.

They only give you a rating of 1 to 5 to choose from, but I would give them a -5

(1) We were happy with the cost of the casket we ordered recently and the prices were very competitive. However, the delivery service was very poor. The service rep or possibly the owner (casketsite.com owner Todd Bacinich) told us we would be notified prior to the delivery so pictures can be taken of the delivery when we ordered the casket initially.

(2) Several phone numbers were provided to Todd so proper notifications can be made prior to the delivery. However, the actual delivery occurred without any prior/post notification nor communication, therefore pictures taken and inspection of the casket could NOT be achieved.

(3) Todd instead of apologizing for the mishap, blamed us on providing too many phone numbers :( He clearly understood what those numbers were for when provided to him initially. A little thing called better customers' service could have been used for a better result in a very difficult and stressful time!

(4) Overall, prices were good but Todd's services could be better.

Beautiful well designed website appearing to provide professional service but their business plan is just the basic con job. I am normally a knowledgeable consumer but I believe everything about their site and their sale tactics are designed to lure you at a time you are most vulnerable. These people are unscrupulous pond scum.

The $1090 casket I purchased billed for $2750 - all additional charges for freight and delivery that were never mentioned at time of sale or in their confirmation email.

Their site has a banner stating Free delivery and they never mention anything to cause you to think otherwise. Yes, I was naive, yes I should have questioned it further prior to giving my credit card information but their business plan is clearly based on taking advantage of people who are most vulnerable. I was buying a casket for immediate use and did not spend the time researching the company as I normally would for an internet purchase. I'm sure they know that and probably is the backbone of their entire business plan. I have to say I was lucky as I've read other reviewers that did not even receive their overpriced and paid purchase.

I have spent some time researching now and find that their company is linked to a Non profit funeral advice site and I believe are also selling under other casket sale websites. They are the true vultures of the funeral industry!

I ordered casket for $990. They told me that shipping cost will be about $300 by air plus about $150 local delivery.
At the day of delivery nothing showed up. They refused to provide tracking and tried to charge me additional $1200.
Instead of $1400 estimated total somehow charges became $2180.
They send you small print after the fact.
When I requested for order to be canceled they stated that I will be charged cancelation fee plus restocking fee plus bunch of other fees, equaling to almost $1000.
So pretty much, they never shipped the order and charged me $1000 for cancelation.
I disputed the charge and will be making complaint with attorney general, because it appears to be that this is the scam that they are running. Good people trust them that what they tell you in the phone is true, however expect to pay 125% more if the quoted price.
The order might never arrive, and if you cancel it then they will charge about $1000 and You'll get 0 product and bunch of headaches.
Dishonorable Scam artists!
Make complaints wuth attorney general, make reviews, and sue them in small claims if you were cheated.
