I received several emails stating you wanted confirmation of payment from CC company. I have not received a response from anyone that the payment has been accepted.
Your phone waiting recording is a joke and repeats the same message over and over. The wait time on the recording say I have a 10-second wait for the last 30 minutes. Really poor service.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I reserved a hotel room in the morning. I kept asking for a confirmation which i got,later in the day of course it was canceled. I'm sure this company knows that this was Bait and switch and they still do it. I did get an email saying, unfortunately this room was no longer available. They could switch me to another hotel but even right now as I type this, it is still showing on travel up website that this hotel that I reserved is still available. So they will do the same thing to many others. This is nothing new I'm sure.

The confirmation code given in the email does not fit in the TravelUp app. The reservation was made wrongly with the hotel for March 6 when the Confirmation Email was correct for June 6. I had to make long distance calls to the hotel overseas to correct the errors.

Room was supposed to come with breakfast and they. Harvard me separately. Also I was placed in a deserted building for this reservation with inadequate lighting. I want my money back very dissatisfied!

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. I booked a hotel stay, got confirmations and everything looked good...until I called the hotel a week later. All confirmations were invalid, the concierge told me she had never heard of confirmations being like this...none of it was real. I followed up by trying to call, on hold for an hour with the same recorded messaged and the same 19-minute wait time over and over. I finally logged into TravelUp and saw a canceled message next to my reservation...yet my credit card had been charged. None of it added up. Freezing my credit card and will never use the site again.

This probably the worst travel agency in the world
They ripped us off and never refund the money in amount of $750
I suggest that nobody should ever use that travel agency
They positioned themselves, but they not even the middleman. They don't have anything they have to offer you.

Pretty easy on the website

Pretty easy on the website. A nightmare at the hotel. Upon check in I was over charged $1800 and the people from the hotel have been unable or unwilling to solve my problem. I don´t know what to do or who to contact.

I was not able to change the name on the overall booking or the name on the card, the website just automatically assumed that the first name on the booking was the one responsible for all of the other rooms and the one on the card!

After reviewing your reservation and conducting several tests on our website, we found no technical oversight. The website operates entirely based on the information provided by passengers at the time of booking. Before finalising the reservation, we sent you a booking confirmation to review and provide your consent, as we are not permitted to proceed without your approval.

Our records show that the names in the booking confirmation you approved match those on the final reservation. If there was an error in the provided details, declining the confirmation and contacting us would have allowed us to address the matter before finalisation.

That said, we can see that our Hotels Team has already forwarded this issue to the supplier on your behalf. We are actively following up and will get back to you as soon as we receive any updates.

It was hard to get a person on the phone with you. Customer service just seem to be off had to ask for extra towels and it was further away from downtown then we thought.

Overall great experience, was very easy to book. I gave a 5 out of 5 but some feedback I would like to provide is to be just a little more clear with the guest name portion when adding names to the resort. Customer Service did respond to my question very quick and helped clear up any confusion I had but I did panic once I did try to go back to update and the booking was not able to be found.
