I am absolutely disgusted with the appalling service provided by Transglobal Express. From start to finish, this has been a nightmare, and your company has shown complete disregard for my shipment and my trust.
Let's start with the pickup: your driver literally threw my boxes into the van like they were garbage. No care, no professionalism—just blatant recklessness. I should have known then that disaster was on the horizon, but nothing prepared me for the horror that awaited at delivery.
When the boxes arrived, they were torn apart, and everything inside was shattered beyond repair. A TV bent like a boomerang—seriously, what did you do, play football with it? The items inside the boxes weren't just damaged; they were damp, exposed, and ruined. This was nothing short of criminal negligence.
Placed an order and paid in full for them to collect a small package (set of headphones left at a hotel) and drop off at my home. Order placed on 31 October 2022 for collection that day and deliver in about a week. STILL waiting to hear from them and it's now 18 DECEMBER 2022.
Cannot get a telephone no. Or speak to a human being. Just a site that takes you around in circles. IF anyone is interested in quality control with the organisation they might care to read this and contact me!

I have seen many negative reviews, and this had caused an initial reticence to use their services. But this company has never failed, even when Royal Mail did so many times this year. Their team work hard to provide quality and satisfaction, and their competitive prices are outstanding. Therefore the review is written as I left it was right, since there are many negative reviews. Not sure if something changed, but now and for me this company is just N1. A++++++++

Bad Customer service: We sent our parcels with them and they delivered them opened with some books missing and they claimed that it is the customs: customs have X-Ray machines and when they suspect something they open it and seal it back, but our parcels were open with a cutter and books stolen. We called them to draw their attention to this act but they just ignored that...What a customer service...Zero Rating for customer service, Zero Rating for Business ethics, Zero Rating for the way of doing business, Zero Rating for handling the issues. I trusted this so called Courier company to ship my items, the packages stopped tracking after a while, and could not be located anywhere, we're never found. I had to resend many items to customers due to the lost packages. Claims refused to pay out fully for the missing packages, fobbed me off with pittance, corrupt company!
After paying for next day delivery on 3 items, one item dropped and broken all 3 were a week late and Transglobal have taken 5 weeks to get back to me after numerous emails phone calls and are refusing to refund any money and not paying out for any damages. Avoid them at all cost
Good service from Transglobal. I sent a package to Florida using a 5-day service, it was still sitting in England 5 days later. It eventually arrived within 10 days but everything was intact with no damage.
I do not rate this company, when there is a problem they just leave you and fob you off with emails. My parcels have not scanned at all and have been lost and they cannot tell me where they are. So now I have to resend or refund my customers for the lost parcels as they cannot locate them. Not happy at all!.How on earth can you run a business like this, you cannot just miss scanning. I think they have been stolen. It is a shame as I had high hopes at the beginning, but this company needs to be looked into, parcels don't just go missing!
I don't write reviews normally but I was impressed with the help desk as they helped me send my first parcel as I was having trouble with my printer and they said just give to courier driver and they would sort paper work out for me at the head office. Brilliant company.
I moved from DPD to this company for a short period.
During this period, we have never had so many complaints about late deliveries and lost parcels!
We even had a situation that police had to be involved due to a delivery driver stealing money from a customers doorway.
The response from the Managing Director of FDL (after discussions with Transglobal) after we moved back to DPD was to offer a refund of £341!
(Bearing in mind one lost parcel, worth over £200 (still missing) had to be resent out!
My personal option (with prejudice Mr MD of FDL) is, you are possibly trying to run, before walking!
Stay away if you value your customers and your reputation, stick to DPD!
They may be a little more expensive, but the service is fabulous!
