It took a long time to receive replies from the support (up to 9 days). They did not always reply to emails.
It is unclear about how the website works with no information about what others will see (you have to figure it out yourself) and every change needs to be approved (even changing information such as a birth date). This is not an issue for fields that are completely open (you can type whatever you want), but if the support takes more than a week to review changes there is no explanation for whether or not your profile is inactive until changes have been approved (presumably it is active with the unchanged content).
There is no explanation outside of emailing support for how the different social media types of options available work (befriend, fave, greeting, block, etc.).
I found that there were, in my opinion, a large number of profiles of people who had not logged in in years (you can only find this out after you have successfully posted an approved profile) and presumably were not interested any longer or had forgotten about their profile.
Despite being a paying member, there was no mediation or warnings before account deletion.
