After speedily contacting your bank and credit card company, next stop is the Trading Standards Institute. (http://www.tradingstandards.gov.uk) Don't just moan – register your complaint and help chase the scammers off the net… Every little helps!
Tab to 'Help and Advice', enter your postcode and they will give you the details of your nearest Trading Standards office to register your complaint.
They also offer a host of useful links, information leaflets, information on product recalls and details on careers within the institute. Useful.
