I could not be more pleased with the level of service I have received with Top Resume. My writer, Norm, had my resume, cover letter and LinkedIn revamped in less than a week. His writing and ability to capture my skills and achievements has left me with a level of confidence that I have never had before. Thank you for the service!

TopResume is a rudimentary resume writing site. They make huge promises and deliver less than stellar results. Their experts have a difficult time with communication and the documents I received were beyond underwhelming. I have had no success with their customer service and regret every second I have had to deal with them. Despite my complains, I have been stonewalled and embarrassed. DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY! You are flushing your money down the toilet.

I received a canned response with no contact info. Fitting for this company. After demanding to speak to an executive over email, I received a call from ********** and spoke with Emanuel. He said the company will be working with my credit company and refunding my purchase. I called my credit company and they said you have refused to refund the purchase. Your team is misrepresenting your intentions.
I'd like the refund I was promised.

My resume writer was very communicative and responded to my questions immediately. She systematically rewrote everything I had provided her to ensure keywords, accomplishments, and skills were in a short but comprehensive presentation. This process was painless and I can't wait to try it out on the job market.

I had a great experience and would recommend this service to everyone who is or may be in the job market in the future. I am super impressed with the results and will revisit if I ever need to amp up my portfolio again.

This service is extremely unprofessional and a waste of your time and money. My wife and I paid for the Career Confidence package and an additional $50 for a discussion with the resume writer. Not only did the resume writer not show up for the appointment, but there was no email beforehand saying they would not show up or wanted to reschedule. They have not offered any recourse and we want a refund of our money and to use another service. I do not believe any of the reviews because a company that employs people who have no regard for our time is not one to be trusted.

The stars was personable, patient and understanding. I had a family emergency; my mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and my dad with Parkinson's broke his leg. I reached out and they responded with so much respect and class. Thank you!
