I ordered a barrel in a configuration they don't normally stock, so I wound up calling to place the order. The guy on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful, got my order shipped sooner than promised, and upon arrival, it was obvious that the barrel is first rate and very accurate once broken in correctly. Will order from them again.
Purchased an AR-15 upper from this company over two years ago. Still to this day I have not received my order yet. I email them with little to no response. And all my calls go unanswered.
All I want to know is where is my over 2 year old order.

My suggestion is to stay away from this company. I had placed an order for several items (nothing special, 10.3" barrel, two gas tubes and a naked upper receiver), and they didn't only not deliver in several weeks, but they canceled my order after I complained. The refunded my money MINUS 20% for me canceling my order, even so I didn't cancel, THEY DID!
Do yourself a favor, and stay away from them. You will sleep better, I am sure. Just look at their complaint record on the Wisconsin Better Business Bureau.
I believe your wife requested the cancellation. Please when you post a review at least be factual. Your order was cancelled within the 10 business day window as advertised due to the abusive, rude, and threatening emails sent by your wife.
I have 4 uppers built by tnte, I have a 22,5.56,300aac, and a 7.62x39. All have been great. The 300aac did not cycle correctly and I sent it back thinking it was a build issue. They looked at it and it ended up being my lower that was the problem. Did not charge me anything but small amount of shop time and shipping. Great customer service.
I have purchased several uppers and parts from them. Great service and fast shipping.
